1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at www.eminentfacilityservices.com or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Services
Eminent Facility Services provides commercial and residential cleaning services in Surrey, BC, and the surrounding Lower Mainland areas. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection of the premises if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial description.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of residential cleaning services, and 48 hours for commercial services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability and Damages
Eminent Facility Services is fully insured, including $2 Million commercial liability insurance and WCB coverage. We treat your property with the utmost care. However, if any damage occurs due to our negligence, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion for our team to assess and address the issue appropriately.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
